If there’s one good thing about Winter and the cold weather, it’s the fact that I can start having soup to keep me warm. Now that I have more free time on my hands, I have decided to explore a new recipe! Tonight’s dish- Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya. I found the recipe on Atco Blue Flame Kitchen which has a number of amazing recipes that you should check out! This one definitely did not disappoint. It took approximately 30-45 minutes to make including prep time. I cut the recipe in half and I have plenty of left overs for later! I made mine a little more watery, but you can always alter it depending on your liking. But regardless, eat up! =)
